Here, the customer comes first. Even in times of coronavirus, every effort is made to ensure the well-being of the customer! This is exactly how I imagine customer service to be. Unfortunately, we will not be going on our booked trip, but we will continue to book trips here with Mr. Kaiser. High praise!

I booked two holidays with this travel agency and both times everything worked perfectly, whether it was a simple package holiday or a modular trip. Very friendly and competent staff :) I will book my next holiday through this travel center again.
